2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer domestic and international shipping through trusted courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Hong Kong: 1-3 days

  • Asia-Pacific: 3-5 days

  • Europe & North America: 5- 7 days

  • Rest of World: 7-10

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance, local holidays, and other factors may cause delays.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and shipping method selected.

  • Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be clearly stated on our store and applied automatically at checkout.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
